Today I'll show you two ways you can use nail transfer foils, using the 12-piece "Starry Sky" Nail Foils set (SKU: J4127) [link] that I got from Beauty Bigbang. :)
12 színben érkezett hozzám, van benne "hagyományos", teljes fedésű fólia és átlátszó, irizáló is - utóbbiak esetén picit trükközni kellett, mert nem egyértelmű, hogy melyik oldalával tapad... mivel a hagyományos fólia esetén látható egy "szürkébb" oldal, illetve egy fényes - és a szürkével kell a fólia ragasztóra tenni, mert úgy tapad fel a minta. És hogy a hatása megmaradjon, érdemes vízbázisú fedőlakkal fedni, mert a sima fedőlakk elrontja a fólia hatását sajnos... de persze lehet géllakkra is használni. :)
I got these in 12 different colors, it has all kinds of foils - regulars and translucent iridescent "oil spill" patterned ones as well, and with those ones it's tricky to tell which side transfers the pattern... because the "regular" ones have a greyish side and a shiny side, and it's actually the greyish side that should touch the foil glue because the pattern transfers that way. And to preserve the look, it's best to apply a waterbased topcoat over it, because regular topcoat ruins the foil, unfortunately... and you can also use it with gel polish. :)

1. manikűr // 1st nail art
Ez a hagyományos módszer. :) A fóliát a sötét alap fölé kent fólia ragasztóra tettem. Sajnos már besűrűsödött a ragasztóm és összeállt az ecset, ezért ilyen egyenetlen-csíkos... :( Úton van már a pótlás, csak lassan ér ide...
Vízbázisú fedőlakkal, majd matt fedőlakkal zártam.
This is the traditional method. :) I applied the foil over the foil glue. Unfortunately my glue has thickened up and the bristles are now stuck together so I can't get a smooth layer... :/ And I've ordered a replacement but it's taking forever to get here...
I finished it off with a waterbased topcoat, and then a matte topcoat.

2. manikűr // 2nd nail art
Ez pedig a fólia-nyomdázás. :) A fólia nyomdalakkot hagyni kell kb. 20 másodpercig száradni, mielőtt rányomjuk a fóliát. Úgy fog tapadni. :)
Vízbázisú fedőlakkal, majd pedig egy réteg rendes fedőlakkal zártam.
And this is foil stamping! :) You have to let the foil stamping polish to dry for about 20 seconds, so it gets tacky, and then press down the foil. It should stick this way. :)
I finished it off with a waterbased topcoat, and then a layer of regular topcoat.
